Return & Refund Policy

At RamSugandh, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and religious reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used fragrance gels.
• Customized or personalized divine idols.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Clearance or sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
• We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
